Liz is a trained, professional birth doula serving Suffolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, VA Beach, Hampton, Newport News, and Norfolk. She is certified in Rebozo, trained in spinning babies, comfort measures in labor, and trained as a birth doula through ProDoula. She is passionate about serving women all over Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas.Liz has two amazing toddlers and an awesome husband!
