Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen is a military spouse and mother of four children. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Birth and Postpartum Doula with experience in trauma and attachment, grief, parenting education, and mindfulness techniques.

Her desire to serve expectant and postpartum mothers began after she had two children during military deployments. Unlike her own experience, Jennifer decided she wanted women to feel cared for and informed during their pregnancy and birthing time.

Jennifer decided she could best serve women by becoming a doula. She is a Birth Arts International Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as Certified Breastfeeding Educator and Bereavement Support person. She also has a special interest and experience in hypnosis for childbirth and mindfulness techniques.
